When will you get ____ back in stock?

If any of our items go out of stock it will usually take about 1-2 months to get back in stock depending on the item. If we ever permanently discontinue an item in our store, we will make sure we let you know.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and all major credit cards for payment.

 

What is the best way to reach you?

We have many ways you can get a hold of us. You can e-mail us at contact_us@centuriongoods.com or give us a call at (407) 442 - 0256. We are most responsive in the evenings after 4pm EST. We also have a Facebook and Instagram where you can message us and we will be happy to respond as soon as we can.

 

I contacted you but have not gotten a response yet, should I try again?

We try to answer all of our E-Mails in a timely manner, however we remind you to be patient with us. If you have not heard back from us try:

  • Checking your spam inbox
  • Checking that you sent the E-Mail to the correct address (contact_us@centuriongoods.com)

If you have done both of these things and still do not know why you haven’t heard a response, be patient. If your inquiry is urgent, we will make sure to get back with you ASAP.

 

Where is my order?

If you have not received your order yet, make sure to let us know at contact_us@centuriongoods.com. Keep in mind that U.S. orders can take 1-6 business days to receive and international orders can take 3-6 weeks to receive.

 

How will my order be shipped?

We currently ship our orders through USPS in small bubble mailers. We do not include invoices in order to save space and paper, however if you need one let us know and we will happy to e-mail one to you.

 

Can I add, remove, or edit an item in my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to add, remove, or edit any part of your order let us know ASAP. In order to make any changes to your order we will need to cancel it and create a new order. Once your item has shipped we cannot edit it in any way.

 

How long will it take my order to ship?

We ship orders out Monday – Friday, excluding all American holidays. Your order will usually ship out the day after it is placed unless it is a pre-ordered item. Pre-ordered items will not ship out until they are released for sale.

 

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated depending on where your order is going and how fast you want it to get there. To get accurate shipping cost, add the items to your cart and go through checkout, where shipping will be calculated.

 

Do you ship partial orders?

Currently we do not ship partial orders. If you have a pre-ordered item in your shipment, your order will not be shipped until the pre-ordered item is released.

 

Why am I being charged now for pre-ordered items?

Our policy requires that all payments clear before pre-ordered items can be released. We do this by processing your payment at check out. If your payment does not clear, then your pre-ordered item will not ship.

 

I need to change my shipping address!

If you need to change your shipping address, let us know ASAP by contacting us at contact_us@centuriongoods.com. After an order has been shipped we cannot change the address it is being sent to.

My order arrived and something was wrong, missing, broken, etc.

We pack all of our orders by hand so, unfortunately, sometimes errors occur. If there is anything wrong with your order, let us know at contact_us@centuriongoods.com so we can fix it for you ASAP!
